Sagaponack Society was founded with a straightforward idea: offer exceptional products with the level of care, discretion, and service they deserve.
We focus on quality at every stage, from the products we select to the packaging they arrive in and the way our customers are treated. Nothing is added simply for appearance, and nothing is overlooked because it seems small. Every part of the experience matters.
Quality First
Everything starts with the product.
We are selective about what we offer and only carry products that meet our standards for appearance, aroma, consistency, and overall quality. Every product is lab tested, and we operate in accordance with applicable federal requirements and the 2018 Farm Bill.
We do not believe in filling the menu just to create more options. We would rather offer a smaller selection of products we stand behind than a larger selection that does not meet our standards.
Some products remain available regularly, while others are released in limited quantities. Certain selections may only be available for a short period of time or reserved for members.
Packaging
We put a great deal of thought into how our products are presented.
Our glass jars, labels, boxes, and other packaging are chosen to feel substantial, clean, and refined. We want the experience of opening an order to reflect the same quality as the product inside.
At the same time, privacy is important to us. Orders are packed carefully and shipped discreetly, without unnecessary attention or excessive branding on the outside of the package.
The goal is simple: protect the product, protect the customer’s privacy, and make sure the order arrives the way it should.
Customer Service
Customer service is one of the most important parts of Sagaponack Society.
We do not want customers to feel like an order number in a system. When someone reaches out to us, we want them to receive a real answer from someone who understands the situation and is willing to help.
If there is a delay, we communicate. If something goes wrong with a shipment, we look into it. If there is a problem with an order, we work with the customer to find a solution.
We believe good service means being available, being clear, and following through.
That standard applies whether someone is placing their first order or has been with us from the beginning.
