Refund policy

Return Period
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging. Certain products, including perishables and seasonal items, are exempt from our return policy. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email admin@sagaponacksociety.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #[your order number]”
Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and any relevant product details.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of the returned product, minus shipping and processing costs. Store credit will be processed automatically and will be available for immediate use.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for any unused, non-perishable items in their original condition.
To exchange a product, email admin@sagaponacksociety.com with the subject line:
“Exchange Request – Order #[your order number]”
Provide your full name, order number, reason for exchange, and relevant product details. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Store credit in the value of the approved return (minus shipping and processing fees) will be issued, which you can use toward any product of your choice.
